Given it looks to be due to a debt owing to the company that own their ground I'm really chuffed HP is owned by the club.
So many clubs are evading FFP rules by selling their grounds, but surely they're just writing the story of their demise.
On a side note, there's a statement at the end of the report:
"Judge Eyre QC said he would have considered administration on Friday if a 12-point deduction had made an "absolute difference" to the sole relegation space in League Two. With the Latics currently 19 points above the drop, this was decided not to be the case."
Interesting the Judge made a decision based on the table, as to whether the points would relegate Oldham. Now, I would have assumed they would be more intent to dish out the administration if the club will survive in the league (to give it a value and chance to be rescued), rather than force a relegation on the club.
I wonder if there's an Oldham fan in that Judge...
