Next club looking at a points deduction. If they do get deducted points it will be next season

And in return, the Foxes are taking legal action against the Premier League and the EFL

So Leicester spent money over a three year period which presumably is still helping them in the Championship this season, but the penalty will in all likelihood be when they are back in the PL. Hmm.

Only correct in my opinion because it’s from the PL and to do with their time in the PL

Leicester seem to be playing a double bluff. They released their books later than required by EFL rules claiming that they weren’t in the EFL for the period in question. They knew that their figures would have meant a transfer embargo in January, right in the middle of their bid to return to the Prem at the first attempt.

Now the EPL are saying, okay then, last season you broke our PAS rules but Leicester are claiming that the Premier League cannot charge them because they are now an EFL club.

Surely Leicester can’t have it both ways.

They are trying to play both parents off against each other to try and get double Christmas presents. They’ll probably end up with a clip round the ear from both

Doesn't really matter does it. With a full penalty from the PL, they will be facing .. what, a 10 point deduction, reduced to 6 points on appeal ... That is no punishment at all ...Automatic relegation is the only answer really ... And if they are relegated on points already, then should be a double drop relegation.

So everyone from Everton, Nottingham Forest and now Leicester are having points taken off them and yet nothing about Manchester City?

Or Chelsea

That statement released by Leicester is almost trying to mitigate the loss before actually needing too. Trying to soften up the authorities:

No chance
