Argyle Ladies return from Wales pointless after losing to Cardiff City by 3-2. Their spirited 2nd half efforts just failing to pull back from a 3-0 deficit. Leah Burridge got the first with a cracking sot from outside the box, and a little later Tash Knapman got our second from close in. The team should not be too downhearted, as they matched a very good Cardiff side, and had they been able to convert one of 3 or 4 good first half chances could well have got something from the game.
