Hi mods - just attaching this screenshot of the site as it appeared just now - i was signed in at the time. The 'welcome' ad was a bookie. Not a big deal personally because I fully appreciate you need to keep the show on the road, and they were easy to close, I just hadn't seen adverts this prominent previously.

Just a heads up if these betting ads shouldn't be appearing, I have had one for MGM recently.

We turn down all the betting companies that offer us £1000s for 'campaigns' but within the SnackMedia package there are a few small banners with betting adverts on them.

Just had this very annoying ad for an ITVX programme appear on my Samsung Galaxy.
It greys out the entire screen with no obvious way of getting rid of it

There should be an X in the top right corner where you can close it, maybe that your settings are zoomed to a large size page?
Also that particular advert should only be seen in one visiting session to Pasoti.

The ‘exit ad’ had been much better in recent times, not appearing in the first post I’m reading of the day 👍.

Are the full screen rolling ads a part of the snackmedia package with betting ads? (See screenshot).

Once again, not a complaint - happy to scroll on through them in order for the site to earn a coin.

Yes they are. We turned down their gambling package BUT there a few in the normal deal as well.

Just started getting these big intrusive pop up ads. Been logging on from abroad for a few months never having had them.

Now back in the UK and it's quite prevalent. Is this normal ?

Do you get it on exit?

Thanks Ian, but there isn't and it isn't.

The same advert just displayed and, in effect, locks the page. The only way to proceed is go to previous page and reload.
The ad itself isn't tapable (is that a word?)
