Some awesome/fearsome strikers in our league at that time. Trevor Senior, Billy Whitehurst, Tony Cascarino, Garry Lovell, Bobby Campbell, Bobby Davidson, Wayne Biggins, Billy Rafferty. Even further down the list, Mike Newell, Paul Jewell, Trevor Christie, Keith Caselles (who my dad shook hands with during the second half at Griffin park, whilst Keith was waiting to take a throw-in).

They don't make them like that any more. Maybe I'm just getting old, but the opposition players don't hold the same fear/respect/kudos for me anymore.
