Where do I find the ticket exchange? I found info on the website, but not a method to purchase. I am going to be in Plymouth in May, visiting from Texas, and would love to go to the Hull game.

I think it’s just the general ticket website

Yes it’s on the general website. Keep checking, particularly a week to two weeks out when tickets appear. If you just need one ticket you should get lucky.
