Which is nonsensical considering it's probably the month in which a club needs the most stability. Either need to sack a manager a few weeks before (to allow the successor time to assess what he needs) or afterwards.
If you do a quick search for longest serving managers there are only 21 who have been in their jobs for more than two years and three of those are only just over. It is a precarious position.
