I don’t see this as a positive move with the position reporting in to Adams,the majority of football club world wide are moving away from a football manager and employing a coach, Adams has too much power at the club.

Well we don't have a Director of Football, so who do you want them to report to? The head of marketing? The Green Taverners? Pilgrim Pete?

I agree. We really do seem to be improving our infrastructure at the club to take us to the next level.
