From what I can tell that was in the First Division, not the top league.

Like I said, maybe he's a late developer. If Rotherham, Wigan etc are sniffing around then he's obviously got something about him.

Rory Patterson came from Coleraine having a great scoring record, didn’t work out for him, albeit we were in the Championship then. But who’s to say the standard may have improved.

Interesting, looks like a real instinctive player. Gets in good positions and shoots on sight, also seems very calm when one on one with the goalkeeper. Having said that the standard of defending looked a bit pedestrian.

I think UCD were in the first division rather than the Irish Premier. But still shows a history of scoring goals.
