Yes to all three, but no to Dwight Marshall (he did score in his final game of his first spell - the play-off game at home to Burnley in 94 - but returned for a second spell in 98).

Peter Middleton scored on debut which tragically was also his last appearance.

Yes poor guy got crashed into whilst making a telephone call from a box. Had to give up football and eventually committed suicide. Remember his game for us seemed a good player.
