Well done Alan. Thanks to Mike (OG) and Nick for running it.

 

[olive green]

It was close until I made some good (lucky?) choices in the last few games. The league works better with 7 players rather than 11 late season, but I wonder if 8 would be better. Would then have to choose between defence, midfield and forwards for the 3. There were weeks in the middle of the season where the outfield 6 picked themselves and not much changed until Butcher came in and then Randell got fit again. Thanks to Nick and OG for organising and I hope Nick is getting better.

Forgot to thank you all for playing and the kind words about running this and being in hospital. I obviously would have won this if I'd been at home and able to keep up with what was happening.

All sorted now after 2 1/2 years of kidney stones and complications from the ops. I never do things simply.
