Derby no longer under transfer embargo , but under agreed business plan, with cap on wages they can pay, agent fees and transfer fees, can only assume that with some of the players they have signed it is a very generous business plan.
I cannot see Derby being front-runners this season. They may well be attracting good individual players but it takes time to build a team that are on the same wavelength. The nucleus of their side from last season was very small.
As Mutley says, they will be this season's Ipswich.
Derby have signed Striker James Collins on a free (was at Cardiff last season) & GK Scott Loach on a free (he was at Chesterfield last season)-they are gradually making up the numbers as they only had 5 to begin with
Age & experience seems to be their mantra after 2 of their players from last season agreed new 1 year deals - those players are 34 & 37 respectively
