A statement result!
We better start believing because we look the real deal.
Skill, determination, bodies on the line, blocks, tackles and decision making won us the game.
Not even an early goal conceded knocked us off our stride.
The players didn't panic and were confident enough to get back into the game.
Camara found his shooting boots with two goals and also hit the post and had a couple of shots saved, he was a machine in midfield.
Garrick showed what a valuable player he is becoming by playing as a striker and he did it well, capped by a well taken goal.
Taylor scored an early goal for Oxford, we were a bit slack in defence, Taylor's first thought was to taunt the Argyle fans and then spent the rest of the game receiving it back!
Garrick got us back into the game with a solo goal, he held off the defenders and fired home a low shot into the corner.
Camara smacked a shot against the post but finished off a flowing move to put us in front.
Oxford put us under huge pressure during the second half but a combination of poor finishing and good defending kept the scoreline as one goal conceded.
Mayor replaced Broom and had a hand in the third and killer goal.
Pass and move, pass and move, Garrick left it for Camara who thumped the ball in. 3-1 and game over.
By now the Oxford fans were streaming out of the stadium.
There were fantastic scenes at the end between players and fans.
There really is something brewing, you can see it.
This will go down as one of the great away days.
