I'd just like to get a response to emails. I'm still not sure where, if from anywhere, my monthly dues are being taken from.
I have asked Tim to look into the following queries on Pasoti :-
1. No reply to emails sent.
2. Been given numbers but not being charged.
3. Ticket priorities/privileges.
4. There is still a Argyle Foundation website (argylefoundation.co.uk). It should be closed down.
5. This website lists various benefits that do not appear to be awarded.
6. 5% rebate for ST members.
7. Free travel club membership.
This was his reply :-
"I appreciate you letting the guys on Pasoti know and we will have something to send out very soon, hopefully appeasing those concerns."

If they change the prizes or any other thing concerning the BGL they should tell all members personally. I have been a member since the beginning and I haven't been told that anything's changed. I'm sure also that there was a box to tick on the ST application form if you were a member but I'm pretty sure I haven't received my 5% rebate. They can't go changing the rules without telling us.
