Well i live in the UK & i paid a yearly ifollow subscription for the season & my ifollow account stated it would expire on 02/09/21. I have even had an email from EFL email stating the following- the email was dated 30/06/21Obviously different rules for us international expats.
I'm a little surprised Argyle are charging to watch the PSFs - I doubt they'll get many subscribers wanting to pay out £5. I'd have thought they'd want to test out the new service by having as many people watching as possible before the season-proper starts. It would also give fans a chance to test out the new service prior to forking out for a subscription.
Perhaps they had no choice if the match is also on Rover's iFollow.
I found mine on an email from August last year Mike. The question is does the season pass run until the start of the following season as there's content to view during the close season (until recently)?Bob i cant prove it now, because the page has been removed but on the information page on Argyle website it clearly said i paid Sept 2 2020 and it was due for renewal on Sept 2 2021.
Bob was that for a audio subscription?I found mine on an email from August last year Mike. The question is does the season pass run until the start of the following season as there's content to view during the close season (until recently)?

I emailed iFollow to cancel my renewal when Argyle announced they were moving away. I received this response:

I then received this from EFL:
Dear Tony,
Plymouth Argyle Football Club are delighted to confirm the upcoming launch of a brand-new digital service which will include a new official club website, mobile application and streaming service. From 1st July, any supporters visiting pafc.co.uk will be greeted with the club’s brand-new website.
As a result, the club's video service is changing from iFollow Argyle to Argyle TV and you will need to register with the new service once the new website is up and running.
Existing iFollow monthly pass holders will see that no further payment is taken from their account by EFL Digital after 1st July, and pro-rata refunds will be issued to any fan with existing value left in their subscription.
If you have any questions, please contact argyletv@pafc.co.uk.

No, you needed iFollow to access certain videos. And of course last season as a ST holder I had access to all home games anyway because of the no fans rule.Bob was that for a audio subscription?
To be honest with you Mike I'm not bothered about a refund (it's nowhere near $50 ). Jamie will have seen on here that some of the UK subscribers will have renewed in September.Email Argyle Jamie Yabsley replied to me and it seemed they knew nothing about subscriptions expiring in September, thought they all expired July 1. I paid $290 for 12 months for IFollow, i believe i am owed approx. $50.00 for NO service in July and August, I dont think it is iFollow or EFL job to refund i believe it's Argyles as they are the ones that cut the service.
