I'm too young to remember Tony but you don't have to have seen him in action or watched his team to know that he's woven into the fabric of our history.

Funnily enough I found an Argyle v Santos programme the other night and was reading his manager's note, in which he talked about playing for England in the Maracana against Brazil. I genuinely never knew he was an England international - there can't be many clubs who have been managed by two former England keepers.

Anyway, very sad news. RIP gaffer.
