To be fair it wasn't a bad penalty, the goalkeeper guessed right and got down to it. It was to the keeper's right and was just going inside the post.

In my playing day I was always coached when taking penalties, to kick to the keeper's left, as on average they are right handed and as a result they tend to have a stronger right wrist in making saves. There is also a psychological tendency to move to the right first if right handed. I think roughly only between 8% and 11% of persons are left handed. It appears such info has not got as far as Waino.
