Just a continuation of the farce really.
A tournament designed for the smaller clubs and re-branded to help bring along U21's into senior football and Chelsea roll out a Belgian 24 year old they bought for £35 million.
Those in the ivory towers will be delighted at Chelsea's progress, secretly hoping to Hazard appear in the final for them no doubt. If the smaller clubs hadn't guessed by now they are an inconvenience to the footballing hierarchy allowing this kind of thing to happen should confirm it.
Like most football fans i'm no fan of the MK franchise, however, a semi final or a Wembley day out will mean more to them than any Premier League youngsters, who get to play and train at the best locations day in and day out.
