It was in a lower league and every one of those winning performances that Cobi mentions are against teams that are below us now or were in dreadful form when we played them (Norwich and Sunderland if my memory serves me).
Foster has also faced several teams that were below us or in dreadful form and we're clutching at straws if we're looking at good times under Foster.

Couldnt answer the question though could you?
This is because you are loathe to agree that its a possibility and that he shouldnt be here, its ok though, the vast majority are here to help you find the correct conclusion and help you see the thick fog in your eyes :)
'Vast majority'?? That would be the less than 50% in the poll I suppose? You are making it up to suit your own agenda which is becoming very boring

I noticed that Joe's prematch interview was not in the interview suite with Foster, but was a closed interview with the Argyle media team in a different room. Is that normal, because I dont think I've ever seen it? Usually the players answer questions from the press and then vacate the seat for Foster. Also, i watched Joe's whole interview hoping he would say something, anything really, that sounded supportive of the manager. Foster wasn't mentioned once. I hope im reading too much into these things.

As you've probably seen by now, Whittaker was on press conference duty. He handled some probing questions re Foster pretty well I think.

Certainly, the media has been asking some quite direct questions in last few weeks. Can't say it is something that has always been the case, but, then the results were generally better and when Lowe had a very poor run he benefitted by having no fans reaction at the final whistle due to COVID.

Well our Head Coach is certainly marmite
I can't bring myself to watch his Press Conferences without Kelis "I hate you so much right out" being the song playing in the back of my mind
Our policy of recruiting "no kn****ds" is severely being tested in my mind
He is on a different planet to the players he has at his disposal
Watching Joebo's interview he his our leader "what's gone on ,has gone on" "i know the boys are good enough" " I'll install that believe into them"
Joebo bleeds green & he & the senior players will do all they can to assist the younger players in our team
8 games to see whether the International Break has changed IF's mindset - i guess we will see on Good Friday

I didn’t have a problem with his comments until he said “The fans have enjoyed some wonderful results over recent seasons, perhaps that hasn’t been the same now that we’re in the Championship”. Before Foster arrived we’d beaten Huddersfield (by 2 goals), Blackburn (by 3 goals), Norwich (by 4 goals), Sheffield Wednesday (by 3 goals), Sunderland (by 2 goals), Stoke and Rotherham, we’d also drawn games against Middlesbrough, West Brom, Birmingham and Watford.
fozzy is deluded and desperate.

I can't go into to much detail player wise but i can mention a few things i'm told that's going on at the club.

The whole club feels very amateurish right now, the players feel the coaching setup isn't good enough for the level and we've gone backwards. Senior players have no say at all which I've touched on in my last post. I'm not going to mention about tactics, I think Coopers interview tells you a lot.

I revealed previously about Eliott's replacement being a youngster at uni working for free, we then hired someone, this person is only a consultant talking to the young lad from afar. Training is like an England boot camp I'm told with meeting after meeting and waiting around all the time.

Media team don't like Foster, he doesn't follow their advice on questions and answers to put the best spin on things, does and says what he wants. Lowe and Schuey always listened and followed their advice.

Senior players were gobsmacked they were given a week off, some raised concerns a few days would be better and it would be a mistake allowing a week but a week stood with then some players flying all over the world (few in USA, few in Dubai) and a few partying (senior players worried would take time recover the players once they were back and seen this happen at other clubs during such a crucial time (jetlag, drink out of system etc).

It's hard to understand what's happened to such a happy tight knit squad to what we have now. The positive we do have players who care, some really do and they are very frustrated.

I really fear for Friday.
my brother told me today that PAFCJames86:is a bloke he blocked on twitter 'cause he's an exeter fan.don't know if it's true but just saying.

That's one thing that keeps annoying me too. He's made reference to how we've had good times before when he wasn't here, but he always goes on to say how it was in a lower league and completely ignores anything this team achieved this season before his arrival.
An absolute excuse for his failure to do anything positive

I'm astounded to read that senior players got a week off, if true. I was imagining them all on the grass (as Fozzy deems this important) and trying out tactical ways to get the ball to Hardie and Morgs, which is our achillies heel as we all know. Opposition teams don't have to do much to snatch the ball from us and make their own scoring opportunities.

All this is pointless, the only thread now worth our attention in Graham Clarke's 8 games mini league....probably the best analysis (ever) of our current situation.

BG there is no one more boring than yourself, but as for making it up, I dont believe I am and if the vast majority on here were in favour of him being the boss then the vote would reflect that.
The simple fact is, this vote has been available for a long time now and there has been a constant stream of messages on this and at the top of the page is the vote which people can change depending on the underwear they have on each day, but very few have changed their minds.
So unless there is a major upturn in results which there wont be then you are stuck with the realism that I am right and you are wrong ;)

We achieved nothing in the early part of the season.
