You think too much Rochdale.

Beyton's being a prat again, I know him reasonably well, he can afford it easily trust me.

A bit of advice, try to pay no attention to people's "reactions" (laughies etc), it's NOT that important.

As it happens ATV is a brilliant service and worth every single penny in my opinion, I'm an avid watcher of all of the press conferences, players signings etc. I do believe that the terrible breakfast show has been binned, which is a big plus.
That is good advice IJN. I do think too much and I should should try to ignore emojis.
In Chapter 7 of Lewis Carroll's "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland", Alice makes the mistake in suggesting to the March Hare and to the Hatter that "say what you mean" is the same as "I mean what I say". Pasoti posters should try to do both i.e. "say what they mean" and "mean what they say".

Way too deep for me 🤣

Tolly was a unique one off that will not come back around anytime soon & we knew he saw us as a one season step up his football league ladder
Will is versatile who is confident in his ability, I am looking forward to seeing him progress with Argyle
Derek & Tom clearly rate him - that is why he was brought to our club (y)(y)
I think we all need to consider the signing of Evans against the (imaginary) backdrop of Tolaj never being an Argyle player. He was a one off, an enigma, rarely seen at this level.

Would we be happy with Evans L1 and L2 stats (goals, assists, team contribution) on face value if Tolaj was never a thing?

100% I would, and I look forward to him wearing the green of Argyle 💪🏼

Why tis simple Monster Green.
As the Hatter said to Alice, "I see what I eat" is not the same as "I eat what I see"!. Likewise, as the March Hare explained to her, "I like what I get" is not the same as "I get what I like"!
So, Monster, when you are posting on Pasoti, practice so as to say what you mean - i.e. don't shilly shally about, just say it out loud in words, with no emojis; and
mean what you say -
i.e. genuinely believe in the point you are making.

I think it’s a tongue in cheek joke referencing previous posters who have whinged about the price of Argyle TV. The same price as a decent Cappuccino once a month 🙄
Funny thing is some complain about paying £4.50 a month for the service, yet they think nothing of spending £14 a day on a packet of fags or £30 down the boozer.
Funny old game innit.

Tolaj is a good player and is a sharp shooter given half a chance, excellent at this level. Time will tell whether he lives up to the billing that you and others have given him when faced with better quality defenders. In the meantime, as you suggest we need to move on. Evans looks like a good signing and we currently have two other strikers who have shown they can get amongst the goals.

I never put much credence in these introduction videos on Argyle TV because it’s a safe, sterile, interview where they trot out the usual boring cliches but I genuinely thought this one seemed more honest, more genuine.

I might be getting old but a player who says “working hard and giving everything for the shirt” means more to me than than the stereotypical I score goals reaction you normally get.

Through an enormousIy frustrating mistake ( assumed the season started later ) I’m stranded in the Canary Islands with my Mrs and kids and will miss the City game ( might just make it back for Stockport) but I’m genuinely happy with this signing.
