What's inside is far less of bone of contention for me than wierdos trying to accompany one with something else.

Afterall the very genesis of yer Oggy was that they could contain anything and everything you happened to have available. They're the original lunchbox.

So i'm not at all upset about carrot, celery or peas. Wouldn't be my first choices of ingredients but it's still Kosher.

Content snobbery, when put to one side, can actually yield surprisingly pleasant discoveries.

My local club import Phat pasties up from Cornwall. One time, shock horror, there were no 'traditionals' left and all they had were the vegan offerings 😱

Well i've never looked back. Not a vegan, not a veggie, but one 'Keralan Cauliflower, Chickpea & Onion Bhaji pasty' later and I realised that up until that day i'd wasted my life 😋

Seriously, they take online orders, give one a try, a sweet and greasy onion bhaji in pastry 🤤
