Top of the league!

[GreatYarmouthGreen]

Anyone else pleased with our start to the season? Yes other teams around us have games in hand, but I am quietly impressed with the way we are dispatching some teams.

Tom Cleverley is much more assured this season and he knows his squad and I am very happy he is our manager.

Long may it continue! Promotion on the cards????

Indeed, it is very quiet on here tonight...

It has been a rather long time since we have sat pretty at the top of a League

Compared to where we were this time last year i am just going to relish the blood, sweat & tears Tom & the boys have put in since the turn of the year

We are not the finished article but we keep pushing, believing & working hard whilst staying humble

[Green7001]

Certainly a big difference to a year ago:

2025: P9 W3 D0 L6 GD -7 17th
2026: P9 W5 D1 L3 GD +5 1st

[Chesney]

Great second half shift. Don't think top spot is undeserved at this point. Long way to go of course & there's going to plenty of ups and downs. Having said that nearly 10 games in & look more than capable of staying in the mix

[Green Flash]

So weird that for the 2nd season in a row we look far better away than at home - guess we need teams to come at us to play our best

Way, way too early to talk about promotion. If Argyle are top of the league at Easter, then they are in with a huge chance. Remember, they lost at home to an average Burton side last week. A good response today, though.

I’m flamin simply not good enough, Cleverley sort it out, oops sorry just seen the result

[Cobi Budge]

Delighted to be where we are. Although I’d still probably bite your hand off for sixth place. That isn’t me being defeatist, but I predicted 7th-10th so I’d be really pleased with the top six and therefore a chance of promotion.

Good points return so far but loads of scope for improvement in the performance.

Let's not get carried away , the teams immediately below have one or two games in hand

However, so far so good
