That’s a shame Daz, good publicity for a local restaurant in a National newspaper from a very good restaurant critic…even though he doesn’t understand the nuances of our local politics.I’ll certainly give it a go based on that review.

Edmond Davari has rightly so had lots of attention over the years. His food is wonderful.

My wife and I decided to go after reading the review. Jay Rayner’s reviews can transform a restaurant’s business. I spoke to a specialist fish and chip restaurant owner in Clerkenwell a couple of years ago. He told me that after Rayner’s positive review in the Observer, he had a queue round the block the day after, and he never looked back.
