Barnsley, Brentford, Bradford City, Coventry, QPR, Swindon, Reading, Bournemouth, Southampton, Norwich, Carlisle, Crystal Palace, Northampton, Milwall, Notts County, Oldham, Watford.
Any others?
Grimsby, Accrington, Bury,and possibly BPA pre--1950 without going to the records.

Bury and BPA all before the 30s. That iteration of Accrington were different to the one in this table.
