Because maybe like tolaj we offered below the release clause initially and then in Tolaj's case triggered it when we became desperate . In this case maybe we were the only bidder and now that Orient have sold ballard they are shopping in the same market .

alternatively maybe we have moved on from the original target or we are running with more than 1 target .

might be wrong , but i'd be surprised if we have offered £1m.
