I’ve got a feeling a Wrexham will come in for Tojai. They’ll be spending big again this summer
I don’t.

Their MO is usually to buy players who should be playing in the league above or have experience of playing in the league above.

Tolaj isn’t a proven Premiership player yet.

Then it's our turn to have there pants down like they managed with us last season.
In hindsight I doubt that Wrexham would agree, £750k and a large wage for someone who contributed nothing is anywhere near value for money, the 750k looks a fairer selling price now for someone of his age.

750 for a championship team is nothing.

It’s a reasonable gambler to take that he goes on a streaky run and scores 10 in 10.

I know wages talk but based on Hardies experience he would be well served avoiding there he needs to look at teams struggling for goals this season in the championship as that will mean he's more likely to start.
Maxi another wasted season at Stoke

He might of done, I’m reflecting on what actually happened, he played twelve games and scored twice, I’d be amazed if they recovered the full 750k now, in opinion it wasn’t the disaster many made it out to be.

Do you actually think that’s how football works these days? Of course we have some negotiating power due to his contract but if Tolly decides he wants to leave this window he won’t be here in September.
Its not what I think but what argyle have said and their previous actions. Berne stated at the fans forum that all players have a price but the valuation of player x isn't solely based on how much he can be sold for. The value also encompasses what he contributes on the pitch, the length of contract, the cost of replacement and what he brings in gaining us promotion etc etc. Previous actions that I stated was whittaker when the Italian club came in with an 8 million pound offer. It was rejected but Whittaker stated he wasn't offered the opportunity to talk to them. That action shows that they will say no whatever the player thinks. As Tollys goals could reap a 10 million payday with promotion in 12 months I expect Hallett to play the money game the offers that come in. This thinking is reinforced by cleverley stating that its important to keep the squad together.

Now it does yes. But you can't negotiate a price for someone and then say but he may get injured.

I'm sure clubs probably have insurance against players for such circumstances.

Last summer based on the few years he had in the championship for a struggling team he was worth alot more than 750k.
