Through to T20 finals day again after beating Northants tonight! Going great in every competition this season - second in the County Championship, in the final of the 50 over cup.
Going to be an exciting September!

Monday-Thursday is huge against Surrey in the County Championship. Currently 24 points behind.

An up and down day for Somerset today on day one of their big County Championship game v Surrey. Won the toss and batted, scoring 317 all out. Could have been better tbh with Tom Banton scoring a century, but they lost their last 5 wickets for not much. We'll see what the pitch is like when Surrey bat tomorrow.

Somerset need to win this game, a draw is good for Surrey. Didn't mind the idea of trying to score quick runs at the end, we need to force a result and need to get bowling to do that. Hoping the weather holds out today!

Interesting to see how Shakib al Hasan gets on for Surrey in this game after Surrey signed him to play in this game and this game only. He took 4 wickets yesterday but 3 of them were when we were slogging away at the end.

Surrey 321 all out, lead by 4. Missed opportunity for Somerset, last 2 Surrey wickets were worth nearly 100 with Tom Curran hitting 86 off 75 balls.

We'll need to probably score 250 before the end of the day today and give them something to chase tomorrow.
