I noticed that the bugle/trumpet/cornet played Sweet Caroline during the England women's game last week.
I agree thar it is sooo overused., but it does get most joining in.

Maybe the stadium DJ could use their imagination and choose a different happy party tune to play after a win rather than the same one over and over. They'd have a week to think one up and there must be hundreds to choose from. Personally I'd rather just hear the fans singing whatever they want to in different sections of the ground but if it has to be a party song at least mix it up a bit.

In my mind, the only music played at the end of a match should be A Walk In The Black Forest. Clap the players off without any need for music, then depart Home Park while Horst Jankowski comes over the tannoy.

100 per cent this! I have fond memories of walking out of Home Park with this song playing as we departed. For soem reason, I always have the words 'Happy days are here again'!?
