It's just becoming a joke now.

Clubs get owners to splurge the cash trying to get to the prem.

If they succeed they're seen as heroes, if they don't they fall foul of FFP and end up hated.

All the while fans (including many Argyle fans) are demanding owners do it then moan when they get penalised.

The game needs a roddy great sorting out but that won't happen while "the old boys club" are running it.
