Very saddened to hear the news that David has passed away.

A massive Argyle fan who never let his disability in way of his following of the greens.

A lovely man and I will miss our little chats over the years.

So sad. I knew no one stronger than him.

A man of Newquay no less. I think his father once was in the RAF serving at St Mawgan. I never met him but I knew of him, as he was a good friend of a friend of mine, who was also severely disabled as a tetraplegic following an unfortunate diving accident. They kept each other's spirits up. I am sorry to read of his passing.

I knew life was too good to be true.
Friday 13th for me was a fantastic day. After a nightmare 16 months I was told by the Diabetic Foot Clinic that my wounds had finally healed and I was signed off.
Then Argyle's great win yesterday.
Now back down to earth with a massive bump.
David was a lovely fella. As has been mentioned, one of the Newquay Greens.
Had many fun times and conversations with David (or Crofty as he was also known). Wicked sense of humour. We had a picture taken together at Wembley in the playoff final v Wimbledon when I was wearing "that" suit.
Rest in Peace David.
