Certainly hit the ground running
All action hero in every game he plays
Imposing & unforgiving when facing the opposition
He has made us tough
I just enjoying watching him marauding down the wing taking no prisoners

Why wouldn’t the contract already be agreed if the deal has that option to buy?

Seems loose if only a fee is agreed and nothing more.
If the player, having spent 6 months here, doesn't want to sign then there's no point in holding on to him. The agreement is simply that the parent club agrees to sell to us if we meet their price and the player agrees. They don't have to accept that price from anyone else is the advantage we have.

In a pre-match presser recently he was asked about the option, and he replied that he's not thinking about that at the moment but just wants to get back to enjoying his football. So I would guess he hasn't been enjoying life/football at Kiel and it'll have a big influence on his decision if he does enjoy it here.
So far he seems to be thriving so hopefully he views it as the place for him.
As for the not being signed in the lowe/shuey era for the no ****heads policy, I don't think he's shown anything that would say he is one, and he seems like a nice enough guy in interviews - get the impression he's more of a cheeky chappy.

He has been outstanding. I have noticed though that when he has provided the assist (Oxford and yesterday), he doesn't join in with the celebrations. He stands at the spot where he hit the ball and celebrates by himself, letting everyone know he supplied the cross while the rest of the team hug each other. Most probably nothing. He really is quality and the sort of player we should be aiming at in this league.

My take on that Saturday was that he was too knackered to run all the way across the pitch to join the others. Can't remember the Oxford game but on Saturday he was definitely blowing at that point!

Wait until Morgan Whittaker faces him - Morgan will poo himself.
Sure Boro have signed another winger as well think Morgan going to be getting splinters unless his attitude improves somehow

Totally agree with all of that. Not sure why anyone would think he is a ****head

His passing is perfect for a player like Ryan, who we need scoring again to stay up. Unless we get another striker in, Ryans goals will be the key if we can get him back to his best. WBA game was a great start as we know he is a confidence player

Play to his strengths and he will score.

Too early to really judge but carry on like this for rest of season and I reckon premier league clubs may be sniffing, never mind the championship. He barely puts a foot wrong (apart form corners of course - he has that Argyle curse)
