Understand what your saying- but £3 million would be a small fee, for a potential premier league player.As good as he is £3 million with big add ons based on inprovements and future transfers and id sell we need to build a team and we coukd get a replqcment keeper who could do a job easily
Would be good if we could agree a new contract by alliwing michael a very favourable % of the future transfer fee - and then potential loans to championship and premiership clubs as a contracted Argyle player.
A novel idea- but that could work for both Michael Cooper and Argyle …… it would allow Michael’s continued professional development , whilst facilitating a higher transfer fee ( as a player with championship and premiership experience) which would be in everyone’s interests ….. win/ win for all parties…..
