When the going get tough ... the tough bugger off.
Plus Pep did say a couple years ago, if they get found guilty he will leave

When the going get tough ... the tough bugger off.
Will be interesting when it is finally announcedNot sure but there’s been talk for ages it could be anything in the range you said
"Mr Sullivan has also resigned as a director of both WH Holding Limited and West Ham United Football Club, having been made aware of the impending publication of serious historic allegations.![]()
David Sullivan: West Ham joint-chair resigns from position with immediate effect
West Ham chief David Sullivan has resigned from his position at the club; the 77-year-old had been on the board at the London Stadium for over 16 years; he quit ahead of impending publication of serious historic allegations, according to a club statementwww.skysports.com
Sullivan was actually banned by West Ham United from having any contact with the ladies team from 2023!!.So obviously West Ham United were well aware of potential risk with him, so why did they not act sooner to bring about his exposure. Oh silly me money of course!!.So once again let's all turn a blind eye!. West Ham will not come out of this well for sure!.
I think we should sue Everton as well - *shuffles papers looking for reason* - as they didn't get relegated, the next season we lost to Burnley twice who we should never of had to play and therefore are owed Championship TV money for this season...Burnley have successfully sued Everton for damages of approximately £40 million after their relegation from the Premier League in 2022.Their case of suffering loss as a result of Profit and Sustainability Rules within the Premier League against Everton and their points deduction the following season has been upheld in court. Everton will be appealing.
Even relegation and a points deduction is not enough!Do a "Saracens" on them, same crime in Rugby Union a few years back. Relegate them in West Ham's, s place. Southampton were stopped from potentially competing in the Premier League by cheating, why shouldn't Manchester City. Any monetary fine is a total waste of time and a cop out,Relegate them with minus 50 points for next season if they are found guilty!!.
