I caught the OCR broadcast with Graham and James. It was high quality radio! I was really impressed Rollie. I did feel a 'little' bit embarrassed when you brought me up. I wasn't expecting any fanfare. Also, I loved Ians song.

I barely listen to radio these days, but it would be a tragedy for it not to be on the airwaves... You don't know what you've got till it's gone.

We need to get your station to its target. It's got a punk DIY feel about it, but way more polished. Good job. 👍

Thanks, we aren’t giving up lightly, feels like there’s much more we can do yet. Liking the polished punk diy image 👍

I missed the whole show Steve. o_O

Did you record it as you usually do?

I'll listen tonight live.
We put on this top talk sport, repeat it twice more and some folk …… course we did mate, see the usual show thread as the link was posted there last Thursday before I even got home 😂 have to say it was good to catch up with James again, he contributed to a cracker of a chat.

We are back live from 8pm tonight. Myself, Steve Rowlands and Gareth Driscoll will be back to review all of the final day's action at Northampton, what does the next few weeks hold for the Men's Team. A review of the Women's side heartbreaking defeat at the Pirelli Stadium on Monday, the same question applies...

It was the opening day of the Cricket season last week and we've a full round up of every game in our compass followed by a preview of Albion, Gladiators, Vanguard and Local Cricket action this weekend.

Plenty to sink our teeth into. Hope you can join us.

Hot off the presses, Graham will also be with us - we couldn’t be without him when he is available and champing at the bit…..please join us all - it will be cozy !

By the way Steve (now I've heard it) I can't give above a 3 to a referee, as my scale is 1-3.

Morning all, as of this morning we are sitting at almost £1,600 which is great, thank you all once again. Great to have had a big donation from TEC Construction, hoping Fred and Adam from Classic Builders might like to outdo that? 😊🙏

Hopefully the Discovery Festival ticket draw will get a few more donors in too.

My nadir game this season was Orient at home, one of THE worst games I've witnessed in 15 years. Not a clue.

Oxford away 0-2 was THE worst (Mackie and Nelson scored).

Dear PASOTI folk,

It grieves me greatly to announce that the station closed this evening with no notice. You have all been so supportive and generous both in word and donations. Doubly frustrating as we had been making progress both with the Just Giving fund but also with committed support from various quarters which would have seen us come out the other side.

I am advised that the Just Giving donations will be refunded to donors very shortly. This community counted for around half of the money we received so a big thank you to all those who put hands in pockets.

Big shout out to IJN and Ian De-Lar, the Argyle 50/50 for their faith and support over the last 9 months since we kicked off the sports show.

Also to a very talented and knowledgeable host, destined for greater things than community radio if that is possible, Mr Joe Bell. Also a massive contribution from Graham Clark who enhanced episodes with balanced views, analysis and insight. Thanks to the curmudgeonly Gareth who provided some counter to the happy clappy brigade 😂

We never managed to get Simon H back in or indeed Paul B but we created some great shows in my humble opinion. Who knows, maybe there’s another door to open sometime soon??

Very sad news to wake up to this morning. My personal view is that the Argyle element of the sports broadcasts were well ahead of all the other local offerings.

Truly gutted, Steve and I had a two hour meeting with the GT's yesterday and it was very productive.

Sadly, the top man decided to pull the plug, but I suppose it was his prerogative.

I feel for Steve, he's put his heart and soul (and money) into this project in an effort for it to succeed.

Sadly, scammers, performing rights and punitive DAB licence costs all conspired to make it a near impossible task.

Well done to Graham and Joe for helping Steve making the sports show what it was. A genuinely Plymouth led sports show, which we should all sadly mourn it's loss to us Janners.
