I know this community is an exceptionally generous supporter of all that you are asked to get involved with and fully respect that. Ian has agreed I can post this as I am about to pray on your good nature myself. We are always running on fumes but got hacked 10 days ago with our bank account scammed, leaving us with £2.38 to work with. The bank can’t guarantee when or if we will see any of it back and we have over £2.5k due in rent and licence fees in the next couple of weeks. We have launched a Just Giving appeal and have set a deadline of next Thursday to see if we can hit or get near to the target figure. If you are able to assist us with a donation, no matter how small, it will help keep us on the airwaves providing entertainment and information for our community. Thanks for reading!

Afternoon! Please join Graham and I for this evening’s show here on OCR, joined by special guest James Greenacre formerly of the round ball persuasion, now basking in the glory of an egg chaser’s guaranteed playoff place.
We will review last Saturday’s victory over already relegated Port Vale, made more of a contest by Conor’s early bath. We will preview Saturday’s trip to Northampton Town which we must win and rely on others slipping up if we are have our own play off to look forward to.
Also on the agenda, we look forward to the Women’s fantastic day out in their play off on Bank Holiday Monday vs Wolves, we touch on the rumour mill of potential investors, contract renewals, possible departures and arrivals and celebrate the end of season awards evening.
We also chat to James about Albion's season and their play off game coming up soon, their plans for next season whether they go up or not.
Then a whistle stop tour around the local football, rugby, speedway and cricket with maybe even some athletics thrown in for good measure time permitting…so another busy evening in store, if you can’t listen live we are on repeat Friday at 5pm and Saturday at 10am plus usual link to catch up on here dreckly.

Just by way of an update, we are nearly at £1,200 as of yesterday. Many thanks again to everyone for their generosity and kind words.
Now, have been lucky enough to be donated 2 tickets for the Saturday Discovery Festival in Central Park on 13th June with loads of 80s icons playing. Headliners are OMD, with Level 42, Kim Wilde, Johnny Hates Jazz and Nik Kershaw. Great artists back in the day, still loving what they do, a great period for fun music. I interviewed Mark King of Level 42 yesterday for my own show and that will go out on air in a couple of weeks.
So, to boost the numbers in the appeal, for the next 2 weeks or so, every person who donates minimum £5 into the fund, gives their full name and specifies “OMD” will be entered into the hat and the winner of the tickets, face price £90 will be notified and arrangements made to email the tickets over. Hoping this will stimulate some more activity. Thanks
