The page selection buttons would be appreciated at the top of a thread as well as the bottom.

On mobile I presume? They are there in landscape mode.

‘Mark all as read’ button?

At the top of every forum on the RHS next to the watch button. Also at the very top of the forum on the bar which starts New Posts is the Mark all Forums read button
