You have to have a fit and proper persons tset (albeit a bit dubious) for owners and chairmen, why not the same for players???

The Guy is a disgrace, no club should go anywhere near him, however like previous posters have said some will.

My worry is that he will have learnt nothing, end up in similar headlines and yet still be paid handsomely as a professional footballer.

He's hardly a world beater is he? Just a woman beater.

That's only based on goals though.
You could say the same about Micky Evans, but as we all know, there was much more to his game than just goals.
