My wife phoned the ticket office this morning as ours haven't arrived. They hadn't even been printed so the woman said she'll do it today and get them sent so they should be with us by Friday.
If we hadn't phoned I don't know when they would have been sent 🤷

Just rung ticket office and she said that they were doing Block 15 today, so posting out tonight or tomorrow morning!!

She also said it’s not looking good for when tickets go on general sale on Friday.

Postie just been!!

Not received either, when this has not happened before they have reprinted and I have picked up before game, but I suspect if this is common the queues will be horrendous!

Still no sign of my ticket either. I’m starting to get a bit twitchy now… I have a long drive for home games, and had planned to come down on Friday to stay the weekend with family. If the ticket doesn’t arrive in the post tomorrow, that plan will be scuppered.

I'm still waiting for ours and they were purchased very soon after going on sale. I only selected postage because it saved an extra trip onto town and standing in a queue. I assumed they'd arrive before the WBA game.

Certainly seems less efficient than usual.

I'm in Block 11 of the Lyndhurst. Just rang box office to be told my tickets were printed this morning and will be sent out this evening, so should arrive tomorrow or Friday. A bit "lastminute.com". Ordered them 23 January.

No ticket here in Hampshire either. I placed my order as soon as they went on sale to ST holders, so nearly two weeks ago now - 23rd January. Lyndhurst Block 15.

I'm not a fan of bashing the club, but this is being very poorly handled imo. I'm sure there's a good reason why these tickets have to be physical only, but for the life of me I can't think what that could be. A word of explanation would be helpful.

And now to be around two working days before the game, with travel plans to sort out - but still no ticket. No real communication from the club either. This is impacting a lot of fans.

Sorry Argyle but on this occasion, respectfully you really should be doing a lot better.

Chris, if it doesnt arrive just let the club know and they should be able to reprint one for you to pick up from the office

I think the reason is probably that digital tickets are too easy to screen shot and sell on. You also get into a situation where more than one person tries to turn up with the same ticket code (there is nothing to stop anyone forwarding a screen shot with the QR code) and there is all sorts of harum scarum.

Chris, thanks for that - and I appreciate that this is no doubt possible. I will do this if the ticket is a no-show.

But I can only imagine how long the queues will be for this on matchday. So that means I really need to go down a day early, make a separate trip in to HP and pick-up on say Saturday if the ticket office is open, or get there ultra-early on Sunday and hope the queues aren't too long. It's not a great situation and could so easily have been predicted given how late tickets have been posted out.

As I say, a word from Argyle on this would be appreciated.

Just spoken with the Ticket Office - ticket was being posted out today, when I ordered it on 23rd January.

Frankly, that's ridiculous. Or am I being unreasonable?

If they are sending it first class post on Wednesday for a Sunday game I dont think that is entirely unreasonable, but they could perhaps have given prior warning of when they would be posted so people dont fret...

If it is any comfort I have been getting away tickets delivered by post for years and they only ever failed to arrive once. They sent a replacement ticket up on the team bus....
