The new owners have money and are spending for a Championship return. Also the squad needs a near full rebuild.
Leicester are the ones who are apparently in a financial mess - however it hasn't stopped them from hoovering up some (I assume) expensive new players - like Cullen from Swansea.
Peterborough have done some very good business:
Kyrell Lisbie. Signed from Braintree last summer for £75k. Four-year contract nailed down in April 2026. Sold to Millwall for £3million.
