Just noticed that one of the entries in the 2.05 at Bath Races tomorrow is called Jack Leslie. I wonder if there is any connection.

Actually, the horse finished 4th but once again the bookies have a laugh. The 4/11 on favourite finished 5th whilst a 66/1 against won with a 100/1 finishing second......oh for a a each way bet on them.

You were looking at the race card numbers of the horses rather than the order in which they finished. The odds on fav won and Jack Leslie was 3rd
