"Plymouth boss Rooney must decide whether to stick with a back four or revert to a three, his decision process not helped with Adam Forshaw serving a suspension. ...."

After 19 games, players who have not received five yellow cards (at 5 points per yellow, making a total of 25 points) will not be suspended for one match.

According to Greens on Screen, Adam Forshaw has received 5 yellow cards ( 5 points per yellow, making a total of 25 points)
Yellow cards: Argyle vs Hull; Argyle vs Stoke ; Bristol City Away
QPR Away (2 yellow cards at 20 minutes and 29 minutes )

So is he out for Argyle's next match?

It may be a mistake. The two against QPR should not count towards the disciplinary total although I am struggling to find the official FA rule on it.

According to Greens on Screen, Adam Forshaw has received 3 yellow cards ( 15 points Plus 1 Red card, 10 points, making a total of 25 points)
Yellow cards: Argyle vs Hull; Argyle vs Stoke ; Bristol City Away
QPR Away (Red card)

So is he out this Saturday?

He's already served a suspension for the red, so another suspension would seem
like double jeopardy. I've not been his biggest fan, but if he can perform again like
he did against Bristol, we could do with him.

I have edited my original post, as Forshaw got 2 yellow cards at 20 minutes and 29 minutes at QPR Away

True, but that is how the rules are set up - For a red card, you get a one match suspension AND 10 points added towards the suspension tally in that season.

Is that right? He earned himself a suspension for that second yellow. Seems a bit unfair to include it in his tally and suspend him again.

Where are you getting this points system from?

I am sorry but I have gone back through my web searching history and I cannot find the source of the 5 points / 10 points for red card info I saw.

On the number of cautions info, source is:
