Oh god...you have done it now. Mentioning Lego....the In the know Sleuths will be now saying the investor is Danish and has ties to the Lego consortium....Billions? Trillions?!!
I love the idea that Lego executives model their look after Lego figures!

Is that how we can now afford to fill the corners ? Lego stadium whilst not unique would be amazing

I was forced to move my seat from the Lyndhurst to the Lower
Mayflower because of the erection of a camera gantry, I didn't half feel the wind whipping through because of the open corners that need to be filled in.

SH today on radio Devon confirmed that they are “ very advanced with one group who have been steadfast over the troubles of recent months “ and without putting a time limit on it are “ very close to getting to the final stages” .
Any guide on what time he was on please?

I missed it but interested in hearing on catch up

So is there more than one group?

I think his comment was more along the lines of - if you are interested in investing, you will need to be quick. Nothing to really suggest that the situation had changed.

Simon has always been clear that there has been interest in the club - but the structure of the deal and the ambitions of the investors would need to match his own; so the problem is not so much about finding an investor or a group, and more to do with finding something suitable (in the long-term interests of the club). SH has been an excellent custodian of the club, and as a fan, it's understandable that he will want his successor to safeguard the future of the club.

None at all . He just said he thought they were “ very close” etc . At a guess it’s just the EFL approval is taking the time.
When Wills88 asked you what time he was on, I don’t think he was after a timescale of the deal. He was asking you what time was Simon Hallett on the radio this morning so he could listen on catch up!😄
