I'm not surprised with NF. Didn't they sign more than a dozen players in their promotion season?

It appears that had Forest sold Brennan Johnson to Tottenham a few weeks earlier then their books would have balanced. However they held out and negotiated an extra £20 million from Spurs but the transaction then fell into the new accounting year leaving their losses above the allowable level. The question might be, is a 4point deduction worth £20m? I guess if they stay up despite a point reduction then probably yes.

I like the way the Premier League are very quick to jump on the lesser clubs, in the PL, like Everton & Forest.
But they are so slow, when it comes to Man City, who, apparently have HUNDREDS, of cases being looked at
It seems one rule for some & different ones for the 'lesser' Clubs in the PL.

Can't have a club as big as Everton relegated! Shock Horror!
Not if it's suspended until next season. They've already lost 10, right? And while they are only a point clear, with Luton a game in hand behind them, it's unlikely they won't find a way to wriggle free and avoid the drop.
