The only reason they aren't under a transfer embargo is because they are under the Welsh FA.

Interestingly enough the same Welsh FA who Cardiff held a Wales international friendly for at their ground. They then failed to pay the Welsh FA any of the gate receipts for said game.

If Cardiff want to hid behind the Welsh FA then they can go and play in the league of Wales - if they want to continue playing in the English Leagues then they must be held accountable to their set of rules - they have got away with too much for too long and they need to be made an example of
