The Ipswich game is on course to be the biggest attendance for a regular league game since March 2008 when we played Watford in the Championship with a crowd of 17,511.

The biggest attendances we could beat:
Swindon New Year's Day 2020 - 15,052.
Southampton Boxing Day 2008 - 15,197.
Bristol City December 2007 - 16,530.

Saturday's attendance should easily be higher than the Portsmouth play-off game 15,011 and the Wycombe play-off game 14,174.

The Liverpool FA Cup game had a crowd of 17,048.

Incredible attendances and unbelievable support this season!

Do we know for sure what the reduced capacity of the Mayflower Upper is for tomorrow?

I thought Argyle said a while back that they - and they alone - had taken the decision to reduce capacity unilaterally whilst the consultation into improvements were underway, and that the existing Safety Certification etc wasn't affected. And that, were it deemed necessary by the club, capacity could be increased by the club's decision alone with no need to involve any external body? Did I imagine that?

From what was said yesterday, it seems that approval had to be sought by the club from Plymouth City Council for the extra ~175 seats in the Mayflower Upper to be put on sale, and that this approval took around 24 hours to come through.

So that sounds to me as if in fact some formal issue - licensing or Safety Certification perhaps - has reduced the Mayflower Upper capacity. Does anyone know?

Sold out now so interested to know what the current capacity is going to be. Less than 16,500 for sure if highest since 2008.

As it's 2008 it's between 15,197 and 17,511. Ipswich still have another 100 tickets on sale.

Sorry missed the Watford one at the top. I'm thinking very high 16,000s then. Not sure what we are short in the upper Mayflower but there's only that and about 450 segregation and unsold Ipswich plus the two lines near the tunnel.
