Insane reaction from the keeper. I’m fully aware that players give each other jip if they lose the ball for example.

But running over to the player and knocking him to the ground is ridiculous.

Had Fred down as a pretty tough guy vs opponents; when he started out fighting Bickle I knew that he was formidable!

Still remember being behind Mike Bickle in Morrisons. He smiled at me and I said: 'You're Mike Bickle!'

'Yes', he said 'I know'.

Full grown man I was!! Tongue-tied at meeting a hero!!

Jermaine Beckford and Eoin Doyle (now at Bolton) both got sent off for Preston a few years ago after squaring up to each other.
There were 2 Charlton players who had a ding ding as well, back in the 70s I think. Derek Hales, was maybe one of them...
