I’m disappointed by the result. What fan isn’t when their team lose.

Yet to think we just change the system and all the things that were broke last season would suddenly be fixed is crazy.

Schumacher’s own words is lm excited to be coaching a new system. So that system is 8 weeks old. And people on here suddenly expect everything to click into place. It’s logic that just defies me.

I would expect, as l said in pre-season, we are going to have more teething problems in the coming weeks. New systems take time to be embedded. Coaching these players to play it isn’t going to figured out overnight.

Fans talk a good game. We will be patience. We will be realistic. And then it all goes out the window after a defeat.

We lose against Peterborough it will be more meltdown. Crazy.

The good news is that there will be ups and downs; after just 2 games there is only one 100% record left in League One. The bad news is that we have them twice this coming week!

We are fortunate to have some money invested in the club , well, i think we all realise it’s quality proven players that’s wanted and not to be taking punts on players who have not got the best injury record , so do we want better training facilities, the corners of the ground invested in, or some quality players in the areas we all can see that’s wanted . stands out a mile on that performance.
Yeah , new corner flags

Lots of “we need to learn and move on” comments.

But we’ve spent years now saying we need to learn after losing to physical teams?

They’re right though, we do have to learn and we do have to move on.

Maybe we just have to accept we’re going to struggle against physical sides. The higher we go and the higher we set our aspirations, the more football-y (for want of a better word) we’re going to be.

Dunno, maybe that’s making excuses.

Why don’t we realise that we have to change tactics for these type of games. Every season it’s the same result we just don’t learn no matter who’s in charge. Some games you need to be physical. We will not be going anywhere trying to play tip Tappy football every game. We are too predictable.

We know Fleetwood, Wycombe, Lincoln and Cambridge are four physical teams in League One, are there any more physical type teams we can expect to struggle against?

Last season against those four teams we didn't win any games and picked up 4 points from a possible 24.

Another typical argyle showing unfortunately, we need to sign someone to cover LWB but would prefer Law back really.

Argyle can do alright in the league but need to have a wider range of tactics. The defence is better than todays showing.
