What is the point of having an Academy if you do not play the prospects in the Academy- it is very refreshing that RL is giving these players the chance
He recently said why get young premier league loanees when we have our own youngsters that are more than capable of playing a part
It brings a lump to my throat when you see our youngsters that have come through the Academy step on the pitch to play with the First Team- the saying one of our own has never felt so good
Some people it appears will always have an axe to grind for whatever reason but listening to the Fans Forum gave a clear indication we are in very good hands
The cherry on the top was RL remark about signing players- which has already been mentioned- no prima donnas in is dressing room
