Bad batting has created a great test match.
Again Lees looked alright but didn't go on, his method makes me question the batting coach more and more, who is clinging to his job because of Roots brilliance rather than results. Astonishing to think we've only won 1 out of 17, despite Root averaging 75+ in that time.
Bairstow can't have any more chances left and Pope doesn't look like a test number 3 to me. Hopefully the weather is kind and it continues to entertain
