From the Daily Mail today:-
“EFL chief executive Trevor Birch has been circulating a watch-list of clubs in danger of following Derby into administration to his fellow board members each month. The latest list includes those perennial strugglers Oldham, Swindon, Sheffield Wednesday, Birmingham and Reading with the latter being set to emulate Derby in the near future by being docked points for breaching the EFL’s profit and sustainability rules”.

Nothing unexpected on that list, all of them have had their troubles documented over the last 6 months. (Swindon shouldn't really be there any more as their new owner is sorting them out)

Real danger are the clubs who are run by owners losing interest (Macclesfield for example).

Or those owners who are less than reputable (not naming names).

None of that stuff the EFL will ever name and shame.

How nice to be able to reply with some certainty that we are safe! Exeter being trust owned (last time I looked) also seem secure (good for Devon football!). Not so sure about Torquay as their real estate is coveted by the development vultures...anyone know how they are fixed currently?
